Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding this evening. Flooding is expected on 14 November 2025 . Flooding may affect properties and roads in the Tally Ho to Constance Road areas. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and staff have been out today clearing screens in preparation. Stay away from floodwater - it contains hidden dangers such as open manhole covers, sewage and chemicals . Dial 999 if in immediate danger. River levels have risen at the Selly Park river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property is imminent. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Tally Ho to Constance Road areas. Further rainfall is forecast this evening, 26/09/2024. We expect river levels to remain high until tomorrow, 27/09/2024 We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are actively checking river levels and the weather forecast. Please plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded and avoid contact with flood water.
